Improved Nose Cone

The nose cone presents a minimized profile, with maximized flutes.  We keep the spinning nose cones from ever presenting a piece of metal in the way of advancing corn stalks.  The improved nose cones help draw in hesitant stalks in down corn.

Patented Open Window

At the stalk roll itself, you see most manufacturers made the small mechanical mistake of presenting a ‘wall of steel’ that impacts the cornstalk with high-speed spinning “snapping rollers” as they are often called.  Watch these videos demonstrating our patented stalk engagement that will work in ANY environmental condition or stalk moisture.

Reduced Trash Intake

From the first impact that begins to crush and chop the stalk immediately depositing it over the former row; stalk and leaf matter are processed without clogging the cross auger, or entering the feeder house.

Patented Beveled Stripper Plates

The bevel on the stripper plates help reduce butt shelling, and also allow for many ears to be separated from the husks at the first pull. We want to leave all that trash under the row unit and have done all the engineering we can imagine to give those intermeshing blades a positive grasp that will turn the stalk into 2″ confetti.
