Calmer’s unique wider spacing between round bars allow the freshly threshed shell corn to quickly flow through our Enhanced Flow Concaves. This not only increases ground speed and throughput, but simultaneously reduces damaged grain, rotor loss and splintered cobs.

The 1/4 wrap cover plates and 1/4 wrap mog-limiting inserts allow for easy adaptability for all other small grain crops including soybeans, wheat, milo, field peas etc. Each kit comes with a recommended settings sheet that will help get you started with what inserts work best for each crop. The beauty of the kit is that you can customize it to fit with your operation.
